For Apple iOS Users
In order to download Shironeko Project (白猫プロジェクト) , you will need to change your apple appstore to the Japan Appstore.
1) Go to Settings
2) Go to iTunes & App Store
3) Click on Apple ID
4) Click on Country/Region
6) Write some random details, for the postal code it should be something like 000-0000
7) Go to the AppStore and search for 白猫プロジェクトor click on the link below.

For Android Users
For Android users, it is a bit more tricky, one way is to use VPN to get to the JAPAN google play store, another way is to find the latest shironeko project apk and install it directly into the phone.
I used OpenVPN on my android phone.

1) Search for OpenVPN in google play store or click the link above
2) Download and install
3) Go to http://www.vpngate.net/en/
4) Find Japan and download the OpenVPN config file
5) Import the Config file into OpenVPN
6) Press Accept and Connect
8) Search for 白猫プロジェクト or click on the link below
